Tbar row neutral 1x15, 1x12, 3x8, 1x15
DB shrugs w/ upright row 1x20/15, 1x17/12, 3x12/10
Cable pulldowns neutral 1x12, 3x10
HS iso lateral row 1x20, 3x9-10, 1x15
HS seated shrugs 4x15
Down to 169.8 this morning.
DarkBeast has raised my macros slightly.
He knows I don't want to be less than 170.
Extremely happy with the Results.
I love the leaner look, I get many more comments and compliments.
Now to start adding some lean muscle!!
