Extremely happy with the Results.
I love the leaner look, I get many more comments and compliments.

What I like about your log is that you show us that we don't have to sweat the small stuff... sometimes your diet or training can get thrown off track a little and its not the end of the earth.
You can live a normal life and still make excellent progress .

I try to stick to my diet and training but life gets in the way sometimes :sad:
