Roids for boxer: cardio, endurance, strength, power, speed

AK anavar is still suppressive. You must have a base of test. 200 a week would be ample. This is basic knowledge. This is a must or your doing yourself a big disservice.

Tell me more about it. What is test and what is 200 a week? You mean 200mg a week?
 
Test enanthate 200mg a week. 100 on Wednesday and 100 on Sunday. Test E weeks 1-12. Anavar 60mgs aday weeks 5-12. So 8 weeks on var. long but can be done with some NAC and basically liv 52 tabs. Hcg 250 iu twice a week sub q with insulin needle. Starting week two all the way through to 12. Two weeks after last pin clomid 100 a day and nolva 40. Second week the same. 3rd and 4th weeks drop both in half. So clomid 50 a day and nolva 20 a day. As an AI id use aromasin 12.5mg E3D but get bloods to check your estradiol on the regular as this is VERY important. Good luck
 
Yeah, the above is all well and good but you also got PCT to think about. Most probably you'll be struggling to even go to training during pct, feel lethargic and have that peroid of slower recovery from your training.

Just for the sake of having to go through PCT I's suggest Gw-50. It's a SARM but its not suppressive. No low test state at any point. Its definetely has amazing endurance abilities which is what your after. Look into it.
 
Maxwell what I wrote is not theoretical. It's what it is. I agree with your part about training as a "boxer" but at the end of the day if you take a gram if test and you train as a boxer your puttin on muscle regardless. That will hinder performance. Diet wise an athlete like this will eat a lot if calories due to excess training which allows the opportunity for muscle hyper trophy. I agree with the way a boxer will train won't grant the same muscle growth as lifting weights. Of course not. I do know that a lot if test regardless will add unwanted muscle mass. By the way this isn't an argument. Healthy debate. No ill will. Just for us learning plus I enjoy some banter lol.
Yes not an argument at all. Just get a bit excited sometimes. I don't dismiss the science at all. I always want to know the science behind things. But sometimes theory doest equate to reality. Your right about a gram of test, no reason for him to use that amount.

This is great advice. But if I was you I would take some time before making this decision.

but i would have to agree with the earlier statement.. just because you are on test doesn't mean you'll put a huge amount of muscle on.. its diet and training related...

he probably has a weight class he wants to stay in.. so we are not talking about getting huge...


but ill run an example by you.. im 6'4 280lbs right now.. and my endurance is through the roof thanks to jiu jitsu.. i roll for hours.. i have boxed before too for about 7 years.. so dont correlate a gain in muscle completely to a lack of endurance.. dont compare a bodybuilder to a endurance athlete.. built very very differently
 
if you don't eat to grow, you're not gonna put on mass, even with a high test dose. it will probably help with oxygen transportation, and recovery from long hard workouts and training sessions. but i doubt he will put on enough mass to slow him down unless he eats to grow as well. i think as long as you keep your estro in check, that should help keep blood pressure in check and water weight down. my opinion.

i m not as good as u guys , but dont u think it depends on the goal, if u use it for sports u r not gonna be training as u would to gain muscle , u r gonna do compound movements for explosiveness and power like snatches deadlifts etc, plus u will be doing a lot of aerobic work like plyometrics and all tht stuff, so u will be spending a lot of calories contrary to bodybuilding where we eat more and train wise with isolation of different muscles . i think with different dosages and different diets and diff. workouts one can benefit a lot in sports too. plus dont u guys think these guys take stuff to get better ??
