I recently began working out on my legs b/c I have chicken legs. Always had bad knees since HS wrestling and football. Now years later I'm regreting it. I started doing the EFX machine at the gym and increasing the resistence and now when I work out on legs they aren't as sore as before, which was once every two weeks. The more you work those muscles the quicker they will heal and the less soreness you will experience. IMO. Also on those sore days, still do some cardio or abs b/c they never have enough and cardio is good for loosening up all of your muscles. Or try swimming like Rocky Balboa!!
i agree,ive found that after my workouts,i stretch and im not as sore,plus the use of BCAA's,EAA's help alot and you wont be as sore,plus Glutamine at bedtime
