SUB Q AAS injections

I use 29 gauge slin pins for every injection. I've been doing it this way since 2008. Once a month I sit down and preload a month's worth of pins while I'm watching tv. It takes a few minutes for each one, but it's no big deal. The injections take maybe 30 seconds.

I rotate injection sites with glutes, quads, delts, and occasionally the belly button area. Quads and delts are IM, and the glutes / belly area are subq. The only downsides with subq oil injections are the lower injection volumes and a higher risk of bruising.

The steroid boards had lots of misinformation when I was learning about this 6 years ago. Everyone liked to parrot the same misinformation they read somewhere else. "Oil won't flow through a slin pin". "Subq test injections don't work". "You can't preload pins; the oil will melt the rubber and you'll die". Lol. All bullshit.

I can't see the video on my phone, but I'll check it out later. :) I started doing subq shots from what I read on TRT forums.

I actually started with 31 gauge 5/16 inch slin pins. I switched to 29 gauge 5/8 inch pins since they load twice as fast and there's less leakage with quad and delt injections.

I pinn a with 28 1/2 in the quads sometimes but I can feel the pin hit the muscle so technically it's IM. I've pinn some B-12 .5cc once before sub-q but it left a lump for a few hours. Do you get lumps from pinning test (oil)?? I've been hearing of this for a while but have not yet tried it yet but plan on it. :dance2:

I get lumps sometimes, but I don't mind it if it's in the fat in the glute area. I don't really get lumps around the belly button area. I only do .5 ml at a time there, so it's not too bad. Every once in a while I get a bruise there. I've been doing quads and delts more since there's less of a chance of a bruise.

My quads and delts are really lean, so even a 5/16 inch pin gets it into the muscle.

you'll have to excuse my ignorance here boys, but when you pin subQ, you pinch a bit of skin into a bulge, then pin it with an insulin syringe aye?

Its not good to pinch it. Unless your quite lean in which case do so lightly. Your looking to inject into the subcutaneous (subq) fat tissue.
