milk i noticed when you first posted your cycle you didnt include clen, but then you have 40 or 50mcg on certain days. when did you start running it? have you seen or felt any effects that you wouldnt have gotten without it? whats youre deal with that are you taking it on & off or what?

I'm going to be running Clen now until the end of the cycle in hopes that I can lean out just a little bit more. I'll ramp it up to ~100mcg/day for 2 weeks and then go off for 2 weeks. You can assume that if I didn't post the day, because it was a day off, I took the same compounds/doses as I did the day before.

I started it a couple days ago, whenever my log said, and I'll be running it for the next 10 days or so. I go 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, repeat.

It's a hybrid between a skull crusher and a close grip bench press. If you google it, I'm sure you'll find a bunch of stuff about it. It's a powerlifting movement and I hope that I can add a little bit of strength to my triceps and bump the bench up a bit.

RE: the clen - you are ramping up to 100 and down again in 2 weeks or just ramp up to 1000 and stop for 2 weeks? You ever consider stacking that wiith T-3? heard that ups the effectiveness of the clen.

Also big props for the 85's on the shoulder press - that's pretty fukkin amazing! You sure you're still going to fiond shirts that fit in afew months? - LOL

I'm glad you're learning a lot, that is my goal as always.

I'm going to be ramping up to 100mcg/day and then stopping. Once you're in the higher range, your body doesn't respond to lower doses, so there is no need. I've used T-3 once in my life and never again. If I was morbidly obese, I would use it, but I can't because it just strips away my muscle mass WAY too quickly.

When I was training shoulders on their own day, I was hitting the 100's for sets of 10. Oh the good old days of one body part per day. I'd rather be doing the split I am now though, I've noticed much better growth out of it.

I am actually having the shirt dilemma right now... I'm in between sizes, can't decided if I should stick with XL or start buying XXL, PCT should determine that.

Thats a very good dilema to be in Milk, what shirt size to buy. Well since you gotta girl stay with the XL and look like your busting out of that bitch otherwise chics might think your gay. I take it your getting wider, NICE! DL and Upright rows have done wonders widening me out.

Funny Mikea and myself put a simultaneous post up about people runnin over thinkin your stuck when doing the incline DB stretch. This happened on Sunday it was a trip. Happen to you yet?

You ever tried incline DB flyes? Great for thickness too. I didn't look back whats up with that Tren-1T, it's an Andro right? I didn't know you were trying that.

Awesome job with the DB shoulder press 85's are getting up there.

I'm glad it helps man. I just try to do my best in keeping everyone informed about different compounds. I really feel like it's easier to see peoples results, etc and learn from it than try and guess. I really feel like the BBing/PLing/Steroid community needs to stick together in order to survive. You don't find many guys out there like us.

It has happened to me. I was doing the stretch with 55's and some little dude walked over to help me out. My exact words were "get the fuck away from me"... It may have been a bit harsh, but I was at 70 seconds and I was going for a full 90, so I was hurting.

I do incline DB flys and incline DB fly-presses, which as the name suggests is a combo of both.

Primordial Performance has hooked me up with a bottle of 1-T Tren to see how I like it being on cycle. Thus far it seems pretty cool... I started a thread about it. Check out the thread and the website:

The 85's felt really good. Like I said previously, I did 100's for sets of 10 when I was hitting shoulders on their own day last cycle. It's cool to put up a ton more weight, but I'm getting way better growth this way.
 
I got worse with baseball as I hit the weights harder. Something about pitching, coordination, strength...all that shit getting out of whack. I'd pull so damn hard with my glove arm that i'd get terrible pains in my abs arounf the ribs.

Anyway, glad to see you are still hitting everything just as hard bro, such dedication is hard to find.

*did some volume training because I was feeling burnt out and needed to give the CNS a little bit of a break... maxing out 3 days out of the week took a lot out of me
 
Days 90-92

*didn't train Friday/Saturday/Sunday... I normally take Friday and Saturday off anyway, but I took Sunday off as well for Easter and because my gym was closed
*everything was the same as far as the 1-T Tren and Clen... ramped up the Clen to 100mcg/day now
*pushed back my injections to Monday and Friday now rather than Sunday and Thursday for a couple a reasons, one being that Monday and Friday are both a lot less busy than Sunday and Thursday
*starting up cardio officially this week (starting with either 20 minutes of HIIT or 30 minutes of low-intensity 3x a week)
*going to be doing a semi-cruise week because I think the body could use it...

The week is going to look like this:
Monday: Legs, Abs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Back, Calves, Abs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms, Calves, Abs

*everything is going to be done so I have a couple reps in the tank and I'm not going to be training with weights I can't handle for at least 6 reps
*weight training this week shouldn't take me more than 30-40 minutes total
*Sunday will start the normal training again

What are you going to do for HIIT? between that and the clen- goal is to drop some BF? what is your reaction to the clen so far? you sweatin at night? any shortness of breath doing cardio? Looks like a great w/o plan for the week!

Anyway, can you explain when and how you are incorperating your rest pause in your routines? I see you are doing it every once in a while, but are you just doing it on your last set?

I was thinking about either doing some sprinting on the treadmill (30 seconds followed by a minute of walking) or some elliptical training using the same idea.

I am looking to just cut the body fat a little bit more, maybe drop a percentage or so and maintain the body weight. That would be optimal.

I react well to Clen, I get a little bit jittery, but nothing that is too bad. No other sides than that.

I only do it for my last set as you noticed. It depends on how I feel for the day but in general, I will hit the rest pause for a few reps at the very end of a compound movement. I never do them on movements that may compromise my lower back (ie. deadlifts, bent over barbell rows, squats, etc...) and I don't do them if I'm planning on doing another heavy compound after wards. For example, 2 different chest scenarios:
Bench Press 3 sets heavy, 1 set rest pause
Incline Flyes 3 sets
or
Bench Press 3 sets heavy
Incline DB Press 3 sets heavy, 1 set rest pause

I wouldn't do the rest pause after the Bench Pressing in the second scenario because I was following it up with another pressing movement.

*felt good scaling back the weight and just getting a nice pump
*hoping that the CNS will get back to normal by the end of this next week so I can go balls out til PCT
