milk i noticed when you first posted your cycle you didnt include clen, but then you have 40 or 50mcg on certain days. when did you start running it? have you seen or felt any effects that you wouldnt have gotten without it? whats youre deal with that are you taking it on & off or what?

I'm going to be running Clen now until the end of the cycle in hopes that I can lean out just a little bit more. I'll ramp it up to ~100mcg/day for 2 weeks and then go off for 2 weeks. You can assume that if I didn't post the day, because it was a day off, I took the same compounds/doses as I did the day before.
I started it a couple days ago, whenever my log said, and I'll be running it for the next 10 days or so. I go 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, repeat.

RE: the clen - you are ramping up to 100 and down again in 2 weeks or just ramp up to 1000 and stop for 2 weeks? You ever consider stacking that wiith T-3? heard that ups the effectiveness of the clen.
Also big props for the 85's on the shoulder press - that's pretty fukkin amazing! You sure you're still going to fiond shirts that fit in afew months? - LOL
I'm in between sizes, can't decided if I should stick with XL or start buying XXL, PCT should determine that.
