Test E/EQ Spring Cycle

It's funny how just a little extra weight on the leg press makes your knees feel like they're going to implode.

Yeah man, it wasn't good. I really felt like my knees were going to implode and it felt odd in my hips as well. I've watched someone tear their hip flexor and that was in the back of my head the whole time.

Hows the grip work going? Liking it? You like doing db holds, so why not walk or run sligthly with them, ie. farmerswalk! Kills your traps and hams too, and is awesome for GPP!

I do like the grip work, but I have been having some longer workouts than I would have liked which has cut into my grip training time.

I would walk or run with weights, but I don't have enough room to do so. The gym I train at is pretty small and under equipped, so that's a no go.

I agree, however I have been occasionally doing some behind the back shrugs superset with front shrugs on the smith, both REAL SLOW. I do like 3 sets after hitting back and man does it feel incedible and actually finally has thickened them back up.

I wouldn't doubt it at all, but I'm not going to be hitting my traps directly more than 1x or 2x a month. I will look into doing that if I need to spark some growth. Thanks for the tip.

I've never even heard of anyone tearing their hip flexor.

It was really weird, I was a junior in high school and a friend of mine on the baseball team sprinted towards a ground ball, we all heard a pop and he crumpled to the ground. Found out the next day that he tore his hip flexor and he was going to be out the whole season. Freak accident, but I guess anything can happen.

Yeah, it sounds like something that would be more prone to happen with explosive movement rather than strength work. That stuff is always scary.

Hey Man - Got a few questions for ya -
do you pin the Test and EQ together or in separate pins?

is this the stsrt of your T-1Tren? Where do you apply it? legs? forearms?

Nice job on the reverse curls - 65/75! - that must be hard as hell - guess you have the forearm strength of a baseball player! hahaha and 237.5? I recallu saying you think you lost BF% too - Hmmm that would be like 10lbs+ of London Broil - so where's the beef? quads, delts? Awsome man - keep going!!!!

I shoot the Test E and EQ together in the same syringe. It ends up being 2.5ml or as little more ;) but my quads and glutes can take that kind of volume without any problems.

The 1-T Tren gets applied to my upper body including my chest/shoulders/upper arms... 5 pumps of this stuff is more than you would think.

The reverse curls would have been a lot easier had I not just done 9 sets for back and standing DB curls as well. But I was happy with the weight overall, and my form was VERY strict.

I would say that if I started the cycle with the same bf I have right now, I would have been ~225lbs, so thus far I've put on about 12 pounds of solid weight (I'm sure there is some water, but not TOO much). With that being said, I was 231lbs starting the cycle, so I would say I dropped 5-6lbs of body fat and put on 12lbs of solid weight. It's interesting you asked me where I put the muscle on because I always found that the first thing to grow were my legs. This time around it seems like the majority of my muscle mass has been added to my Chest/Shoulders/Back. I'm definitely really happy with how this cycle has been going.

Day 86

5 pumps 1-T Tren... AM application
2 pumps AIFM
40mcg Clen

Day C15: Legs, Abs

Squats 315/3, 405/1, 440/1, 465/1, 225/20
Seated Leg Curls 170/12, 190/11, 210/7
Walking Lunges 75's/10 steps, 75's/10 steps
Nautilus Calf Press 360/20, 360/20, 380/20, 180/12RP

Various Ab Work

*felt really good today, so I figured I'd hit the Squats all out... Squats are one of those lifts that I never really know where I would max out at. I'm all about going at least parallel and keeping my weight back, so I always think that I could have gone heavier. Next time I max out, I'm going to shoot for 475. Let out the biggest grunt on the 465 attempt and stopped the whole gym from doing what they were doing (not that they all weren't watching anyway).

REally interesting to see your approach to this 'cause it's not all about adding mass - more like reshaping your body - reminds me of the "Six million Dollar Man" on TV... "We have the technology to rebuild him better than he was before, stronger, faster...." although Lee Majors was kind of a skinny guy. way to go bud! BTW - R u an engineer by any chance?

hahahaha - awsome dude! - bet that was quite a sight!

milk I did your chest,shoulders,tris day 4 I think
It was...great pump. I didn't get sore I have not been getting sore at all in any of my workouts. Is it the fact I'm running a ton of juice?

I'm glad you liked it. If you're bulking, taking in adequate calories, proper macro-nutrients, and on a ton of juice, I wouldn't think you should be getting all that sore.

I wouldn't put up any red flags at this point. I do think it's important to note this though, I have a VERY good mind to muscle connection, so this lower volume training allows me to concentrate on stimulating the muscles with less time spent in the gym.

Day 88
