test lvl @ 500mg test-e

Hey just curious, I know it would vary from person to peson depending on alot of factors. But in general, what kind of test lvl is common with a dose of 500 mg test-e for 12 weeks? At peak, how many ng/dl could you realistically expect, with a good diet and training regimen?

I'm lost... I don't even understand the question.
lvl - Does that mean level ? and sorry for my english but what is ng/dl ?

500mg a week will put you at 22-2800 a week after the last shot.

this means they actually peaked at double that, using a 7 day half life.

following me?

when you inject test e, your levels build slowly over 6 weeks.

after this point there is still some small fluctuations in TT levels.

this is because test e will make your levels as high as their gonna get within 48 hours of administration. so that is the peak, then over the next 5 days they fall, slowly, then you do another shot and they peak again.

so if i do 1 shot a week of test e, the timing of my blood test will be crucial in determining where at in the peak/trough im getting a reading.

so, if i draw blood on day 7 after test e shot (once TT has stabilized after 6 weeks) i will be measuring the trough, not the peak. the peak happened about 6 days prior.

so if test e has a rough half-life of 7 days, then i know levels will be half of what they were 7 days after shot.

in the study i showed you, TT was measured at 22-2800 in numerous individuals. the blood draw was 7 days after the shot though, so what were the levels of the subject day after shot? 6 days prior to blood test? we can only guess but because of half-life its fair to say double. blood draws are always done in the trough, clinically.

all this is just an estimation, the problem is there are too many factors that go into determining the half-life, all the way down to the time of day of the shot, BF%, age of subject I could go on and on and on.

here is another thing, if you do 2x a week shots, your levels will never get as high, or drop as low........following me?

wow awesome, thanks for all the info. Makes sense why they always say test-e should be taken twice a week so you don't crash so to say.

re

One thing though, if test e has a half life of around 7 days. and you inject 500 a week for 6 weeks, wouldnt that put you closer to the 1000 ng/dl mark? Sorry if im not grasping this completely, i just wanna understand exactly what is going on.

re

I just got bloods done. I was usin 200mgs a wk 4 the last 4 wks n my test level was 548

And as far as this goes, sounds like you've gotten some either bunk or underdosed gear. From what Oak is saying and studies are showing, 200mg of test-e a week for 4 weeks should put you well over 548 ng/dl. I mean thats right in the middle of natural levels of 250-850, just doesnt sound right to me.

At week 5 with Z intl test deca dbol got a count of 2603! Stuff is clean. That wasn't even the optimal time to test but I got a liver functions test done after the dbol so I asked the doc to check my test levels too!

250mg of test a week- T level should be 1100-1600ng/dl
500mg of test a week- T level should be 1800-2500ng/dl
750mg of test a week- levels should be well into the 3000's

According to an official clinical application :

25mg of test a week- T level was 253ng/dl
50mg of test a week- T level was 306ng/dl
125mg of test a week- T level was 542ng/dl
300mg of test a week- T level was 1,345ng/dl
600mg of test a week- lT level was 2,370 ng/dl

^^^. These are nice but not accurate. To many determining factors like DET OAK stated. Estro is one of them. If you are converting a lot to estro then it will be lower and this varies from person to person.

Ive seen guys on 300mg a week (trt from pharmacy) with under 500ng/DL. It's good to know what an average number should be at each dose but then there are a ton of variables that can come into play.

I see some able to go by rule of 10. Example 500mg a week peak close to 5000ng/DL. 200mg a week = 2000ng/DL at it's peak but it's not completely accurate plus like DET mentioned, if you split your doses by twice a week or three times a week shots, your levels will not climb as high but won't be up and down.

Great info by yourself and det. I split my doses up 2xs weekly. So I never maximized my potential but never hit a low either right?

When I had bloods done it was 7 days after my last 100 mg shot. It was cyp. That I was usin from a very reputable testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) clinic. My estro had been outta control so that's why my dose was so low.

So what does ng/dl mean ?
I been wanting to get my blood tested but I don't know how to bring it up to my doctor. He signs all my papers for my benifits.

Will do but he's going ask me why... I'm sure the guy was an SS officer at one point in his life.
