Thats some improvement for 5 weeks pal, great job.

It looks like you have a great base under there and once you shed those extra few lbs you will look even better, well done again
 
End Of Day 40. Thought id update this. Ok so I think I look a little more lean than my last picture. I got some news for you guys. I will be going on cycle in about 5-6 weeks from today. When I go on this cycle I will be changing my diet to bulk but will cut my carbs so will try to lose fat but get ripped and bigger at same time. It is possible and il prove its possible. Il post the next pic up on Wednesday so that will be 6 weeks of work. Dont think iv done too bad but everyone who is following thsi thread. STAY TUNED, I GUARANTEE THERE WILL BE MAJOR CHANGES SOON
 
End of Day 42, wow its been quite a trip these last 6 weeks. Just wanted to update to let everyone know this log is continuing. I will post the end of week 6 picture tommorow. In my opinion I feel as though I have lost more fat but we will see what the picture says tommorow. I am slowly getting stronger each week even on days when I am having no carbs and feel drained I have broken some personal records. I hope everyone out that has been following continues to read. I think one of the main reason why I have kept going is because of this log and all the eoncouragement I have had here. Some days I do feel irratable and weak mostly on days with no carbs but like I said even on those days my performance at the gym has been stronger than ever. Many thanks,will update again tommorow
 
Ok fellas end of week 6 so heres the pic update. Will try to update log more frequently,erm havnt weighed myself for a while so il probably do that tommorow morning empty stomach same like i usualy do and post the stats

You are doing fantastic!! Your chest has become more defined from the last pics by a ton! Your mid-section from 6 weeks ago is tremendous! Truly you are inspiring me as I am following the same path, great work!

Thanks bro do appreciate the support,iv been following your log also and i have to say i was impressed with the new set of picture,a clear difference for sure. Thats what I love about this forum,all of us are in this together,we know how hard dieting can be and we keep each other motivated. I cant say I can take all the credit,all iv really done is follow what 3Js told me to do and the results have been something else i must say. Theres no way I could have made this diet myself and iv learnt so much from 3J,the guy really is at the top of his game. Im someone who will always be grateful,with his help iv changed my body so much it has affected my whole life. I feel happier.
 
Day 46,so I weighed myself this morning, Exactly same as when started 168lbs...nice seeing as though iv defo lost a couple of percent bodyfat. Just gonna tweak the diet for the next couple of weeks till I speak to 3J. I hope I continue to lose fat but I am also trying to bulk up now

Amazing progression stilltryin. Last time I lost weight like this was in basic training. Not eating alot, sleep deprivation and alot of cardio was not the healthy way but was out of my hands.

Keep us updated and I can't wait to be a 3j client soon. Kudos to the both of you!!

I am working pretty hard at this diet,staying consistent and not really going off track much,maybe now and then I have some sweets but im talking jus a few skittles and thats normally after workout. 3J yep my abs are coming out,it realy does look better in real life than the pictures are showing. What can I say man,you are the mad sceintist,constantly tweaking every little thing to get this diet bang on. JOMO718 I would defo hook up with 3J,the guy really does change lifes,hes already changed mine. You wont believe how confident I am now. Signing up with 3Js diet service - best decision of my life. God Bless fellas

End of Day 56. Ok so I posted the week 8 pic up. One thing I have to say is that this picture was taken after my first two meals of the day as I was really rushed,i normally take the pictures morning empty stomach so I might look a little bloated,still i think there is slight progression from last week, thanks for looking
