Hi, im 18 been training consistently since i was 16 and weigh 12 stone. i am about to start my first d-bol blue heart cycle. i train 5/6 times a week and usually take saturday off as a rest. im training hard doing 3 sets of 6 reps. I will hit one muscle group per day but include calfs and abs every other day. i am aware people may think i am too young to start d-bol but i am going to start a cycle nevertheless. my target is to reach 13 stone.

if anyone has other useful information which would help towards my cycle would be a great help. thanks

at 18 years of age weighing in at 166 lbs you are in for some pep talks!

Oral only cycles are :gay2: and a waste of time and gear. If you're going to cycle do a test only, but at 18 and 166lb you should try and eat a meal or two and see how that actually turns out for you instead goddamn, but who am I to say anything really it's all on you guy, I'd advise against it though

I'm 5'10" and the last time I weighed 166 was when I was 13 (Red flag number 1). You're also only 18 years old (red flag number 2). At 18 years old you've got a lot of natural testosterone, you don't want to mess that up. 18 is way too young to be cycling, anyone that tells you otherwise does not have your health in mind. I'm not trying to bust your balls, I'm just trying to be honest with you. Here's my suggestion... Get your diet in check and lift HARD for the next 6 years. I know this seems like a long time, but trust me... If you eat right you will make some great gains in that time frame. When you hit the 24-25 years old range, then start thinking about adding gear. I say this because it's around those ages that (supposedly) natural testosterone levels start to decline, and you will have a solid solid base. You're headed in the right direction though. Just stick around here, make friends, learn as much as you can. Gear is not something to take lightly. If you rush into it you will not see the results you want, and you will most likely cause some damage to yourself. Be smart brother. last but not least, WELCOME!
 
Right now mcdonalds oatmeal and chicken are your best friends, use them to your advantage, you'll grow like weed

Ya bro we're here to help you that's all. Do a search for young age and Aas. You probably will want to think over your decision because of the health risks. Trust me when I tell you Dbol only is gonna make you feel terrible. It will be a horrible mistake on your part. Go into the diet forum and catch up with 3j. At your age+ a good diet= great results. It's all about food. It's amazing what nutrition can do to a person with already high testosterone levels. read and stick around. You'll learn how to get big without steroids.

also did you know that steroids can close growth plates which means that even though you might still grow taller now by running a cycle you may never get any taller . plenty of people get taller after 18 .

Thank you for all your feedback and i can see that the main message here is that i am too young which i was expecting. Personally myself i don't feel that i could get to 13/14 stone without a cycle. I dont know if over in america 18 year olds are giants but 12 stone with 8% body fat is respectable size here in the UK. There is only a handful of people who i know that go to the gym my age that are heavier than me and they are all over 6 foot!
Also, i am looking at say, 1 or 2 four to six week cycles per year.

If i could have some feedback of how i should sort my diet out to become 13/14 stone that would be very helpful too. Thanks
 
Diet section and see 3j. A lot of the guys on here been in this game before you were a twich in your daddys nut sack. Do you realize if you can't grow without steroids you won't grow on them. Steriods make your body anabolic but food is what makes you grow and if you can't do it now believe me when i tell you that after your cycle you will be close to loseing it all You understand the concept of calories. What are your maintenance calories? If you don't know i stand my ground. Go post in the free diet help. If not contact 3j. There's a lot of members that have his services. I'm one of them. Spend the money on a food and a nutritionist instead of dbol.

x2. Many people rush into cycles. Many people also convince themselves that they can't grow without gear. They use that as an excuse for their lack of discipline (not saying this is the case with you, just a general observation).
 
THe bulking cycle from juice pump is great stuff for someone your age. If you take it and eat the right thing and the right time and enough of it with moderate workout you will grow. You should be able to put on 10-15 lbs in 3-5 months.

If you don't get the right food in you you won't grow no matter what your taking. THe product from juice pump is a natural steroid and won't effect your natural hormone production. It's safe you an 18 year old.

A six week cycle is pointless. You should run test at 10+ weeks(not at age 18) And since you're saying 6 weeks I'm assumin you mean an oral cycle??? Bad idea. Need a reason: see above.
