Hi, im 18 been training consistently since i was 16 and weigh 12 stone. i am about to start my first d-bol blue heart cycle. i train 5/6 times a week and usually take saturday off as a rest. im training hard doing 3 sets of 6 reps. I will hit one muscle group per day but include calfs and abs every other day. i am aware people may think i am too young to start d-bol but i am going to start a cycle nevertheless. my target is to reach 13 stone.

and a waste of time and gear. If you're going to cycle do a test only, but at 18 and 166lb you should try and eat a meal or two and see how that actually turns out for you instead goddamn, but who am I to say anything really it's all on you guy, I'd advise against it though
