It varies from person to person, but normally you should begin to see 'some' changes at the 4-5 week period. Once you hit the 7-8 week period, it will become apparent that your body is changing. That is of course, providing your diet and training are in check, which I'm sure they will be!![]()
I take it you're using an AI? That will keep water retention down if so.
I think sometimes it's harder to see or feel the changes in yourself. With my husband, I notice a slight change within a week. His mood is elevated, he has more energy, and his libido increases. By week 4 his libido is off the charts. I think the physical changes (size and strength) happen closer to week 7 for him, but he doesn't "see" it when he looks in the mirror. I certainly see the changes tho.

I am well under 300mgs test for last weeks and just added Var 7 days ago. I'll mention the 1,000mgs Primo but that isn't kicking for 3 more weeks and wouldn't create this weight gain...it's the TEST.
I need to double check that scale at gym might be fucked off ????
