When do visible gains cease?

I never saw "dramatic" gains on test. I've been running it for a pretty fucking long time too, mostly just body recomp over peroids of time...

Well gaining 15 lbs in 5 weeks seems pretty damn dramatic to me, I am not on cycle, but I know the gains are there, I just want to know when they aren't as dramatic (for lack of a better word)

I'm just trying to understand why seeing dramatic gains is a bad thing? Ever heard the old expression: "Get it, while the gettin is good"?

i gained over a 20 week cycle 42lbs. and the first two weeks after, i dropped 20lbs right away.
the gains i was sseeing kept comming as long as i ate lots and drank 2+L of water a day.
strength kept building up.
best i can tell you right now that was the longest cycle i have done.

It's not a bad thing, that's not at all what I was getting at... Still yet to get an answer though.

As you take gear longer over time..cycle s and cycles..and amass more and more size..the gains will seem less dramatic...as a 15 pound gain for me at 5 11..210..in 5 weeks would be dramatic...
Dorian Yates has so much mass 15 pound s plus or minus may be less noticeable...you see ?
I got my license renewed yesterday...in 4 years I ve gained 21 pounds..I hate fat, bloat....dramatic differance ??? In a subtle way...yes. That help.???

Not to hijack the thread, but what should be a normal days calories for a 200lb guy to see decent gains? I know there's a bunch of variables, but ballpark number?

Use the Harris Benedict Formula to get a good baseline. There is no possible way I can tell you how many calories you need to eat just by you telling me your weight. Bodyfat, muscle mass, height, body type, what you do during the day, your workout/cardio routine, etc., all come into play. Once you figure out a base of how many calories you might be burning a day, and then figure out a possible base for how many calories you need to consume a day in order to grow or cut up, you start adjusting from that point. You adjust by watching how your body reacts. It's not all about calories. You need to know the exact amount of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates you need per day, and know the exact times to eat them.

So many factors come into play here that I cannot even find a place to start.

I understand what you are saying. I just ran the Harris Benedict Formula and it tells me I need just over 3,000 calories. I look pretty damn good now for my age and really just want to add another 10-15 lbs of muscle and shed 2%-3% BF.

I'm not trying to throw VW's across the parking lot or get down to 7%-8% BF. Having to eat exact amounts of anything, at precise times of the day, would drive me absolutely insane.

In approximate percentages, what should my daily protein, carbs and fats look like? I'm thinking 50/30/20, is that close?

Hi

I think you have seen the best of it from what you said.

Is it your first cycle? What dosage? average person.. dramatic gains... please be
more specific. I'll give you the best answer I know, need more info.

If you can't do this then I cannot help you. This is what you need to do to reach your goals. Especially if you are talking about adding 15lbs while dropping 3% bodyfat. You will never, ever accomplish a feature like that unless you decide to realize what you need to do.

I'm not on cycle right now, but I will be in a couple weeks, my first; I just want to know what to expect.

I know it's a random general question, but I don't want to be disappointed if I do not reach my weight goal...

(I will be doing 12 weeks of test e only, z-labs)

I plan on 250mg x 2 per week... current weight 152, 12% bf.

152?? Realy? And you're gonna do gear? Unless you're 5'2" you should be figuring out why your diet sucks and how to lift/eat/rest to grow before you start adding drugs that will do absolutely nothing to help you if you can't get above 152 naturally.

PS. I don't usually tell people not to do gear either as I know they most likely will anyway as their mind is made up but come on, 152?? Don't be stupid.

i would have to disagree. he is 152 yeah but if he puts in hard work he could gain a lot of weight. he could do it naturally but seriously who wants to wait that long. i am sure that everyone here didnt wait in order to do their first cycle but than again i here what you are saying but he is going to do it anyways and whether he does it right is to where he will see good results and put on like 25 pounds. everyone starts some where
