Wifee's b-day package stuck in NY?

I ordered a package for my wife for her b-day. It came from oversees and has been in NY for the last 3 days.

Later I had to talk to the specialists myself. They pretty much said they have much better things to deal with and thanked me for being such a nice guy and offered to dispose of the very nice present for me...LOL!
