It's an exercise for the posterior chain. It's hard to explain but let me try. Basically you take the rope that you do pushdowns w. and you put it to the highest notch on the cable thing. Then you take the ropes, holding them with the inside of your hands touching each other, like you're going to do a double hand pound with a buddy. Lean back a bit and pull the rope, while pulling it apart towards your face. The rope should end up looking like a triangle.Aczech said:what's a "pull-a-part"?
