Well, I'm back. I was in Las Vegas with the fam for a couple of days, went walkin around the Vegas Strip and went to the Grand Canyon. It was okay, nothing too crazy.

Going to the gym later today hopefully.

Why don't you take chest off for a while and start over with light weight?

Thanks bro. I love working chest, I don't know, I have a fear that if I take a break off of it, it'll get weaker. I suppose I'm kinda paranoid :eyes:

Thanks. Not just yet. I want to be able to do 35 between my legs for atleast 12 before I hit the 45s.

**Chest/tris/shoulders very pumped today. Felt weak due to the lack of food/shitty food during vacation.

It's an exercise for the posterior chain. It's hard to explain but let me try. Basically you take the rope that you do pushdowns w. and you put it to the highest notch on the cable thing. Then you take the ropes, holding them with the inside of your hands touching each other, like you're going to do a double hand pound with a buddy. Lean back a bit and pull the rope, while pulling it apart towards your face. The rope should end up looking like a triangle.

If you didn't understand my explaination, then I dunno how else to explain it lol.

:) Thanks Adida. I think one of the reasons for my lack in strength for bench is b/c my posterior chain isn't strong enough.
 
pull a parts are done with a band. hold it in front of you then spread/pull your hands apart. it works the upper back and rear delts.

winter you desbribed a variation of face pulls.

they both work the same muscle groups.

i find that working my hips/back/glutes/posterior chains helps me bang harder and faster in bed with ease...lolololol! happy new year
