About your chest, at least make sure you don't get any injury. Sometimes, when you want to push yourself too much in order to get #s, you can get hurt. I got hurt.

You're right. Again, I'm a very impatient person and I want things my way, I get that from my dad haha. I am happy with my gains this year, but I wish I could have just done a bit more.tman55 said:winter just keep in mind that this is a long road. stop expecting results to come so fast. all of us have ups and downs, setbacks, good months, bad months, sleeping issues at times, diet issues etc. just keep doing it like you know how to and next year at this time you will be looking at some more nice gains from this year.
