**Felt very good today. Added more warmup sets and had my kneewraps on for the first time. No pain today and the weights felt very easy.
i would do a few more sets and stay in the 5 rep range area. glad to hear the wraps helped though.
Hack Squat

**Wow. These were fucking insane. I nearly passed out doing the last 5reps. After I got off of the machine, I had the worst migrane I have ever had in my life. The pain was unbareable. I rested for about 10minutes before doing one more set of pullthroughs.
i'm gonna guess the head ache was from holding breath and not enough h2o...stop holding your Fucking breath..lol i do the same thing. and get the same problem some times.
Very good workout today. I'm still not feeling well from those squats, I think its because I still have a bit of the cold and the hacks were brutal.
