February 18th
Chest - Decided to go a bit overboard today by adding a few more sets. After reading the article from macro on "overtraining" once in awhile is good, so I gave it a shot.

Just had some IHOP today and just wanted to share what I had.

*5butter milk pancakes w/ 1.5balls of butter & syrup
*1Philly Cheese Steak Sandwhich - Tried to drain it of as much oil as possible by dabbing the sandwhich/meat with a napkin.
*The seasoned fries that came with the sandwhich
*Half a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat just to try to make up for the other shit I ate. :D

Was satisfied after the meal, but I wasn't feeling full. :(
This meal made my week.

*2salmon steaks w/ teriyaki sauce(can't spell) - Tried to get off as much off this sauce as I could.

**Wow. These were fucking insane. I nearly passed out doing the last 5reps. After I got off of the machine, I had the worst migrane I have ever had in my life. The pain was unbareable. I rested for about 10minutes before doing one more set of pullthroughs.

Very good workout today. I'm still not feeling well from those squats, I think its because I still have a bit of the cold and the hacks were brutal.

i would do a few more sets and stay in the 5 rep range area. glad to hear the wraps helped though.

i'm gonna guess the head ache was from holding breath and not enough h2o...stop holding your Fucking breath..lol i do the same thing. and get the same problem some times.

work outs are looking good Winter. i think a lil more tinkering and you'll be good to go.
 
Nah man, I was breathing correctly and drinking TONS of water. I'm still sick as of right now and I was lifting hard so I guess that had to contribute to it.

Thanks for the advice though. I sometimes do forget to breathe :druggie:

Very happy about today's PR. I was screaming out the rep counts. Everyone in the gym was staring haha :insane2: I believe I could've pulled more weight, but I was way too tired.
