its an antioxident (sp) i take between 500g 4 times a day upto 500g 6 times aday long with a large dose of vitamin E and selenium and enchinia (sp)..i havent had a cold in a while even when the whole house seems to be sick.
 
i take vit c daily anyway around 3g

if i feel im getting a cold ill take close to 10g spread out through the day..the key is to take it as soon as u feel the slightest onset of a cold
 
Thanks guys for the tip.

I just got a multi-vitamin today, I didn't think it was necessary until now since I came down with the cold. I always thought I could get a good amount of my vitamins from food, but whatever.

Is it okay to take 2multis a day? I have centrum right now - picked it up as I was coming back from school so I couldn't go to GNC or whereever to get anything better.
 
when you get a chance go over to BB.com and check out Beverly international super pack...very good multi. i only use it on w/o days though other wise i use a bunch of individual vitamns, mostly anti-oxidents for my every day needs.
 
Ah. Ok. Yeah, I've read up some threads about Beverly International vs Animal Pak. Seems to me that more people like the Beverly. I'll go give it a look one day.

Overall I had a good workout. Shoulders are finally coming back. Legs have been and still is a big problem for me. I just can't seem to get my damn squats up. I think I need some kneebraces ASAP cuzz my knees feel very, very weak on every squat.
 
Nice work winter. your shoulders are getting pretty strong. your getting bigger and stronger all around. keep working those legs and you will eventually work through the squat thing. it happens and it will test your resolve.

my workout partner has the same type prob with deads. he feels and looks strange doing them, just can't get them to improve.

you can do it (in arnold's voice) :)
 
as far as squats you may want to do a few more warm up sets before your working sets...i know thats what i need some times. other wise nice work over all.

Agree. When I started doing long warm ups, I started having big progress on squats.
