**I'm just testing out the pause benches to see what they're like. Bench was pretty easy today except for the last rep of 225, it took me a good 10-15seconds to push that up by myself.

**Couldn't move up today; way too tired.
Overall, I felt pretty good today, but I'm still sick so lifts haven't really gone up. Tomorrow is rest day, I need it.
