Had a good workout. I'm tired as hell right now, can't even really keep my eyes open. Appeitite is down, I'm planning on chowing on some noodles in a bit... if I can get up that is. I felt extremely drained after the squats and barely had any energy the rest of the workout.

Not feeling too hot today. Got the common cold, but still going to the gym to do some back and bis. I'll probably go light on deads again and whatnot. I have to go heavy this friday for back definitely.

pay attention to your body, every once in a while an extra day off is a good thing.
 
Yeah, I went real heavy today on back, I'm thinking about going light tomorrow. Wednesday is off. I'm feeling a lot better after the workout and a long hot shower.

**I'm just testing out the pause benches to see what they're like. Bench was pretty easy today except for the last rep of 225, it took me a good 10-15seconds to push that up by myself.

**Couldn't move up today; way too tired.

Overall, I felt pretty good today, but I'm still sick so lifts haven't really gone up. Tomorrow is rest day, I need it.
