This week has been very busy, to say the least. I missed todays leg workout, but I will skip it anyways.

Next workout will be sunday and it will be chest/tris/shoulders.
 
Thanks JT. I'm around 190. BF is kinda high still b/c of stress and a lot of work. I usually never miss a workout, but I missed one the other day due to all the work I had.

That's it. No Calves b/c they are very shot from all the running/sprinting I do during practice. Tryouts are killer b/c of all the cardio, but once it tones down a bit, legs will be hit harder.
