Side note: I haven't been gaining the mass/size that I want lately. Strength has been coming along real nicely, but I just feel messy. Maybe it's the bodyfat, but I just feel that I don't have enough mass on my body. My back is nice and thick, bu the front of my body and my shoulders/arms are lacking a bit, IMO. People tell me I look very thick and strong, but I see it otherwise. Rawr..

i am more than sure 9 out of 10 of on here feel this way most of the time...
 
i feel the same..count me in the 9. My girlfriend is telling me i look huge..but i tell her to stroke something other than my ego. I keep thinking, i need some more mass in the upper chest, need more bicep peak...wish the tris were longer, larger calves, smaller stomach....and the list goes on. That's why I keep going to the gym. I'll get where i wanna be.

Same for me. I think I look a lot thicker from my back than front view. I think back grows faster than chest for many people.
 
Thanks for the words guys. Maybe it's just all in my head. Either way, I just wish to put on some more size.
 
Az you need to post pics. Winto you need to post pics, but i already know your a bad ass in a wife beater, Luq, you have a great looking physique. Guys Luq is a badass and he has connections to some really nice Argentinian ass. Adida is king of the hill imo...and his wife can cook! Isn't 245x5 what you done for the past three or for chest workouts? Maybe try adding another set of five one week then upping the weight five pound the next week for two sets or five.
 
No, I did 245 last week. I did 240 the week before that. I couldn't get the last rep on my 240 last week. I will be upping my flat bench to 250 next chest workout.

Trying to take a slow for now and not get too ahead of myself like last time.
