I have no idea, I have definitely drop a good amount though. I never bought one of those over the counter things because they're all inaccurate anyways.

can you see any of the top 4 abs yet?
 
I can see a bit of the top 2 if I pull down a bit of skin. Basically, I can see my 6pack there, but its just not defined.

A bit of my top obleces or whatever are showing a bit. My abs have not yet broken through the thin layer of fat yet.

I just got a real bad back ache today. Its been aching for a couple of days now after my deadlift session and after I ran today, my lower back was all pumped and it hurt like no other. I'm not sure whats up with it, but if it doesn't get better by tomorrow or thursday, I might have to go light on deads and get that 365 next week.

We'll see how I feel.

well you lift really hard, so i am not surprised. it is funny you say that, i am resting for similar reasons myself. be patient and listen to your body if it is telling you to slow down, in the long run your gains will benefit more from skipping deads for a week if necessary.

My back is doing okay now; the pump has decreased dramatically and I'll see how I feel tomorrow.
 
as for the back pumps try supplementing potassium 2x\daily

I know I told my buddy to do that while he was on M1t and it worked great.

the potasium helped with M1T back pumps??? word...cause i get the worst back pumps when i take that stuff...

Hmmm. I'll look into that, thanks. I've been eating 1-2 bananas before I lift, so I think that should be a good amount of potassium, no?
 
Weight Update
I dropped 3lbs in about... 2weeks. I'm happy, but I don't really care about weight as much as losing bodyfat. I believe I lost 3lbs of fat, not muscle because I look bigger and my weights are still increasing. This is what I'd like to see for the next few weeks to come.

I have also noticed a big difference in my overal appearance as far as fat goes. I am content. :D

Very good workout today. My back felt a lot better this morning so I decided to do the deads. I will however, take a week of deads, but will still hit back.

Oh, and it might look like I used my back way too much on the lift, but I used my legs for a good amount of it. I didn't feel anything pain or anything after the lift.

looks like your back may have been starting to round a little but that was not a struggle for you.

Listen!!! If 365 on Dead x 2 felt light for for 405 next week you can get it.

If my skinny weak ass can get 365, then you have at least 405 x 5 in you.
