i think your next bench day you should be able to hit 215x6 and then 225x4-5 then move that 225 to 230 and go for 2 reps..i know you were tired but you numbers are moving now and you been hitting all your reps...i think your getting there man.

i found with rev bench after you get the form and feel down...the wts really start to move on these..and when this wt starts moving your flat BB bench will too...

**Holy shit. Felt very strong today. Took a caffeine pill prior to lifting, but I didn't feel much, but I think it helped with my lifting today. The 355 didn't feel bad at all.

:) I'm very happy with all my new PRs lately because I'm cutting right now and my weights are still pretty high. I think this is so because I stuff my face full of carbs(almost 80% of my carbs are taken pre-workout) before I lift and its really been working these past few months.

**I was very mad after the 220, I fucking slapped the bar and cursed pretty loud. I think I was stuck on this weight last week too, but was able to get one more up, either way, I was fucking pissed.

For sure bro. I've been trying to beat the shit of my chest lately, it has worked a bit, but not as well as I want. I just wish I could be putting up as much weight on bench as I can on squat or deads LOL. Either way, I am making some progress. :)
 
Legs/Shoulders today in a couple of hours. Thinking about moving up on DB Overhead Presses for sure. And maybe another PR on my squat, we'll see how I feel today. :D

I've actually been eating less because I'm cutting, but my strength has yet to hinder. I have not been taking caffeine pills for my workouts except for my chest workouts, but it seems like I've already built an immunity to it already. I have cut down on my carbs, kept my protein intake very high and dropped a lot of fat intake. It seems to work okay.

Basically I stuff my face full of carbs before I workout and a bit in the morning. I eat mostly lean meats and very little carbs throughout the day.

The only supps I take are:
*Optimum Protein powder
*TRAC Creatine Ethyl Esther only on my workout days - 2 to 3teaspoons a time
*2 Fish oil caps w. my nighttime shake around 9:30 or 10
*One 200milligram caffeine pill on my chest days.
