Nahhhhhh. I have no idea wtf is going on with me, but all my lifts are going up nicely. Its weird cuzz I'm cutting down on carbs and everything and my weights are exploding. I think I'll have to stick with this diet from now on, forever.

Today is an off day:

Will walk (3.5mph or so) on the tredmill for 30-45min & do some ab work which I have neglected to do for so long. :D
