He popped a disk when he was a kid so its still bothering him. He also tried to pick up his brother a few years ago over his head and that aggrivated his back as well. He has hurt himself too many times and he probably simply gave up on lifting.

He's naturally strong, its a terrible thing to just throw away.
 
No lifting today: Off day

Will run & do abs today though. I am also cutting down my carbs to about 120g or less today. Maybe tomorrow too.

me and you both..i hate that light layer of whale blubber that sits right on top of all that hard earned muscle...some times i yell at to go away..but i dont think it scares easily..lol

Diet today will be kinda lenient since I'm going to be partying. So far I had Friday's stuffed potato skins, their Sizzling Chicken & Shrimp and 2 big scoops of mashed potatoes. Will have more food later.

The day's been goin real swell so far. Partying tonight, so diet will have to be better the next week or so. :D
