Yeah, I have that right now. Same with Pepdo Bismol. I'm feeling better. I think I can hit the gym by tuesday if I regain my strength and energy. As of right now, I am a lot thinner, people have noticed a great difference in my size as well. I have gotten a bit smaller, but all is good as long as I feel better and can lift ASAP.

Weight update
I'm 184.4lbs as of right now. Its ridiculous how much weight I've lost in only 2days. I think the majority of the weight loss is from water and some fat, I suppose. I don't know. I'm feeling a lot better now though. Very little diarreah now, I've only went once today. I've come down with a fever last night as well. 102F. This mornin it was 101.8F. I'll def. be better by tomorrow or wednsday. I'll either hit the gym wednsday or thursday just to check things out.

feel better bro. yea it sucks, but you will be back in no time. the weight loss is water and less food in stomach and intestines. you be back to normal making new pr's in no time.
 
Thanks guys. My illness is nearly passed *knock on wood*.

Rest day today & maybe tomorrow as well. Appetite hasn't come back completely, but it has definitely improved a lot. I'm getting hungrier more often now, but I still can't eat that much.
 
well just get better...the work outs can wait till you get better bro..heal up and feel better, then go kill it in the gym
 
Yep. Still been on the shitter. Been dropping a lot less loose bowels though. I will hit the gym today to hit back/bis, but I will try & go light. :)

**Stopped at 3plates because my stomach started to feel kinda funky.
**Could've definitely put atleast 5plates on this badboy easily.

Overall, pretty decent workout. Felt very little, if any strength loss in my back/bis. I would think I'd lose some strength, but then again, I didn't do deads today.

Tomorrow will be a rest day and if anything, I might do chest either friday or saturday.
