**I was tired and triceps were shot by this time.

I did some other assorted ab work. Because of my illness, I can almost see a full 4pack coming along if I pull down some skin. I should be able to have a 4pack by the 30th for sure :) BELIEVE THAT :druggie:

Today was an offday.

I did some running today and it looked something like this:

I think I left some stuff out, but that was basically it. My backyard is about 75feet wide and 65feet long.

Good workout today. I have to get a heat pad for my back, but I think its nothing. I stretched a lot before and after so the pain should be gone by tomorrow.

Thanks everyone. Yeah, my back is still aching a bit. I don't know if I will be doing barbell squats tomorrow if my back still hurts. If it is still hurting, I'll do hack squats in replacement for barbell squats.

What part of your back is hurting?

I used to have pain in my lower spine and it was caused by standing militar press and not by deads. Arching your back when lifting above head is very harmful.
 
Well, this obviously isn't me, but this is the general region of where the pain is.

When I was deadlifting, I felt a tearing sensation. As of right now, it feels like a really bad sore pain, but nothing more. Hopefully its nothing.
 
Ok so you have muscle pain, not bone. Good for you. Pain in the spine is a bad thing. Your pain will go away with resting.
btw, the dude of the pic is freaky HUGE.
