I want to keep gaining size/strength while getting leaner. It has been working so far, but my bodyfat is still quite high, I'm actually not sure if its 13% or not, maybe even 15. Either way, I have lost a very noticeable amount of bodyfat and weight while getting bigger and stronger.

Yeah bro. I'm very happy about it because just 2months ago, I was pissed off about my bench getting stuck and my 1RM still being at 225, but now things are taking a turn. :)

Hahaha nahhh. Its one of my old workout buddies, he was injured for some time so he just recently came back and the surprising thing was, he was doing the same weight as me, but just a few reps less. He hit 250x1 too. Wtffff, genetics or he's poppin some pills in his ass without telling me :smash:

Nah bros. I am all natty, no lies. I probably won't touch juice for another solid 7-8years probably, I wanna def. get older and let my body mature a bit more before I touch any of that stuff. I was actually planning on staying natty for the rest of my life, but who knows.
