Soon enough. That one was at about week 6 or so. Much newer than the oned in the pic forum you saw. I take some at the end of my cycle.
 
Weight Update
After I had the stomach virus, I was down to 184lbs and the week before that, I was 193lbs~. Now a week and a half or so after I recovered from my illness, I am 185lbs. I have gained a lot of my size back and I am looking better than ever. I'm not sure how I got my size/strength back while only gaining a pound. Either way, its pretty awesome and I will try to keep this weight down.

PR fest today. Felt strong throughout. I am cutting down the carbs a lot now, but weights are still moving up well, which I am happy about. :)
 
My back's very tight and sore right now, the same area that I hurt last week. If anything, I might lay off back next week to let it heal.

Yesterday was an offday, but no cardio, I was very busy.

I will be doing some legs/shoulders tonight.

Today and tomorrow will be off days and then monday will be Chest/Tris. Busy weekend :(
