are you hacking machine or old school bro?? damn numbers!!!
I'm doing the hackmachine - I tried using barbell and my back was still in a bad position.

My back is still sketchy - maybe I should see the doctor one of these days.

Good workout today. Pics will be up in a few minutes in the Pic forum.

Your reps are well high on the weighted pull-ups. I only aim for 4-6 reps maybe I should be doing more. Your deads are high as well. Your max must be 400 lbs at least?
Nice curling too.

I'm doing higher reps of pullups to blast my lats a bit more because they are lacking a bit. My deads are high in reps because I don't want to do heavy triplets or doubles yet because I just recently hurt my back so I wanna take it easy for a bit.

I'm not sure what my dead RM is, but when I was doing conventional before I hurt my back, it was around maybe 380~.

Okay workout today. Flatbench is still not moving up; I'm getting frustrated.

Good job on the incline press. I'm about to edit my log, theres like 8 weeks I need to put in hah.

Hey dude do you think 3 presses for chest (incline bench, flat barbell, and iso lateral incline) and 2 for tris (skulls or reverse bench and pushdowns) are too much?

Throw out the isolate incline - it doesn't really help IMO. For tris, just do reverse bench/pushdowns. Skullcrushers are tough on my elbows so I never do them.

But after a while wouldn't my gains hault and then I'd have to switch everything up?
Then you should change up your rep/set scheme. The rest of your questions should be in the training forum?

Good quick workout today. Took only about 20minutes or so. Very tired now. Downed a shake a bit before, now eating some strawberries.

Im going to start working out 3 times a day so I can catch up with you.

Thanks guys, but I have been having trouble moving up at all on my chest, I don't know what to do.

I'm thinking about going light on chest for maybe a week or two and then going back hitting it hard. If I do go lighter, how much weight should I be doing, like how much % of my RM should I be repping?
