I'm doing higher reps of pullups to blast my lats a bit more because they are lacking a bit. My deads are high in reps because I don't want to do heavy triplets or doubles yet because I just recently hurt my back so I wanna take it easy for a bit.irishdave said:Your reps are well high on the weighted pull-ups.
