I did some cardio:

10% incline

I've noticed after using lots of fruit low in GI, I have actually lost some weight and became a bit leaner too, my abs are starting to show again.

I would, but my shoulders don't allow it. I can't even go half way down with my own bodyweight without my shoulders feeling like they are going to rip. :(

Good workout today. I hate doing DB OH Presses because my left arm never gets kicked up right and I would either drop it or piss my spotter off lol.
