Thanks & yeah bro, my middle back and traps have gotten quite big by doing them. I like them lots more than seated rows.

Maybe you should lift up your chest a bit while you do them so you're not pushing down on them so hard?

Yeah, the sumos are okay. I have very little, if any pain in my back when I do them compared to conventional.

I am still iffy about the pics because I do not think I look very good. I have put on a couple of pounds again due to parties :( I'll post them as soon as I can.

It's cool winter, just giving you a hard time:) I'm not looking great right now either, drank too much last week on vacation and ate like crap. Just keep at it big guy.
