This workout only took about 25minutes, but I was burnt. I will be doing speed work for the next few weeks. I am thinking about purchasing some bands.
 
Thanks. Yeah, I wanted a quick little change up. I was reading up a lot on WestSide Barbell stuff and speed bench looked very appealing. I've also heard people getting great results from it, so I'm gonna give it a shot. :roll:
 
that looks like a pretty intense workout, loads of DB benching is the way to go, I never get a chance to use DB for benching cos they toooo light

Thanks. Maybe you should go to a diff gym with more DB weights?

I will be doing 2chest days - one being light(as above) and one being heavy. I don't think I'll go balls out on the heavy day though, but probably up to 80% of my 1RM. I'm ordering bands either today or tomorrow for my speed days.

Very good workout today. I think I can hit my old numbers on deads next week - 365x2. The back is feeling tiptop again, I think I might go back to barbell squats in the near future as well.
