I'm at 186 right now. I am cleaning up my diet starting next week. My cals aren't even that high right now, maybe 2600 tops. I have let myself go a bit; eating more junk & very less cardio. & no, I can't see my abs, but if I pull down a bit of skin, the 6pack is there.
