Yeah, people were giving me weird looks. I'm thinking about making my own boards as well; that'll really get me some looks while I lift.

I do not think I will ever do conventional again; not only does it put my back in a more dangerous position because my form is not very good on it, but also, sumos seem to be easier.

And I find I have the same problem when I do flex-arm hangs as you do with pullups...I look like a freakin' monkey just hangin' on that damned bar...hah...

Lol yeh, I got pretty mad in the middle of the set. I usually have a guy hold my legs so they don't move, but I didn't have a spotter yesterday. :( And thanks
