had a guy tell his workout partner today that I couldn't be natural because you don't lift 350 for reps on decline without aas. another guy i don't know came up to me and said i am looking huge and about 5 people stopped their workouts so they could watch mulligan and i workout on bench and decline. i think this must be a pussy gym because i can't see that 345 on bench and 350 on decline is heavy enough to have people talk about and stop and watch.

anyway just brought that up 'cause you are sure to get some of that soon if you aren't already. people love to watch you lifting heavy......cause they can't!

Nice work today. I would like to see the reps go up a little on the deads, maybe to 5 reps on the heavy worksets if poss. Alot of strain on the two reppers if you are going all out it could end up as an injury if you going all out like that every week. anyway nice and strong winter.

nice work Winter...and i just realized you DB curl as much as i BB curl. as a matter a fact i pretty sure that number is close to what PB curls when he does?

Peak Test levels will do that for you:druggie:
 
seriusely i know Winter is a strong cat, but damn man 75lb DB curls!..75 DB bench presses are rough for me..i know i know i am playin catch up, but DAMN!

lolol people get excited when guys bench 315 here. I have yet to see anyone break 315 at my gym. I hope to be the first.

And I am thinking about going lighter on deads and doing them for reps. The only reason I am doing doubles for deads is so I can hit 405 ASAP :druggie: Thanks for the heads up though big T.

I am genetically gifted with strong biceps :rockband: All my other workout buddies say that my arms would deflate if they poked my bis with a needle when I did curls cuz they get pretty ripped up :D
