I will also be doing declines instead of inclines because incline barbell really puts a lot of stress on my shoulders.

Lockouts - I am starting to get stuck near the middle to the end of my lifts, so I am going to add lockouts to my max effort days.

Thanks. Its because I want to hit bigger weights and not get burnt out by doing heavier weights beforehand.

Why dont you get some elbow Sleeves, they helped me alot. Go to Inzer.com and look at the Elbow Sleeves. I want to see you pass me on bench. :druggie:
