Thanks 69. My lowerback felt great yesterday after the deads, it was real tense, same with my traps.

Strangely enough, my biceps were pretty wornout today, which they never are. I think it was from the pullups.

I had a bit of trouble locking out the 285, but that was about it. It shot off my chest easy.

CG Bench

& other rotator cuff work.

Awesome workout today. My shoulders were pretty shot after the 205 on incline, though.

i wouldnt call it a big cycle..but a low dosed ass kicker..lo i still wont start that for a few more weeks though till i atleast hit 225x5 again on bench...

Way to go. You moving up fast. 285 x 1. So Im guessing you will get 295 or 300 next week. :druggie:

I will try 290 next week, but I'm not sure yet. The 285 was pretty rough, but the 260 was too easy, same with the 275.

I'm at 186 right now. I am cleaning up my diet starting next week. My cals aren't even that high right now, maybe 2600 tops. I have let myself go a bit; eating more junk & very less cardio. & no, I can't see my abs, but if I pull down a bit of skin, the 6pack is there. :)
