The reason why I have spotters on the side and not right behind me is because it's tough getting the bar off the pins and putting them back on before/after the set.evansss said:Some nice weight on the squats brotha. I do abductors just to get the stabilzer muscles. Some lady was on the adductor machine for like an hour so I didn't bother using it.
One of the only ones. No one asks or looks at me weirdly when I do them, though because I guess they understand I lift seriously and you have to use those machines to get big squat numbers.evansss said:also, are you the only man using the adductor machine? i think everybody can benifit but only women use it in my gym.
