It's pretty hard to resist walking over to the waterfountain just to get a glimps at those girls, though. As for the old women,they're doing palaties or some shit all day long, while wearing spandex as well; not a fun sight.

Weight: 186lbs

I look much fuller and thicker. Even though my diet has been kinda off, it hasn't affected my looks much, if anything, it made me look a bit better. I'm thinking about cutting down again in the near future, maybe in the winter, just to see what I'd look like with a nice 6pack and obliques, we shall see.

Also, I am currently 186 myself!! Low 183 in the morning, and in the evening 186, sometimes 185. My weight fluxuates. Also, every scale has a different number.

Well done! It seems that gaining weight is not difficult for you.

I will post pics next week. Yeah, gaining weight is easy; I actually tried to not gain much weight or any weight at all, but ended up gaining an extra few lbs.

Good workout today. My old workout partner is finally back; he fractured his hip and had a nerve pinch 4months ago while deadlifting.
 
Thanks. He did well for his first day back in 4months. Flat benched 155x3 and then 115x20; pretty impressive, IMO. Close grip benched 95 as well.
 
Reminds me when I came back a few months ago. I wasn't pushing that much though.

Injuries are great, gives you time to relax, and research to prepare yourself. I realized that if you just be positive about it, theres nothing bad about a messed up body part healing itself. I wish I didn't bitch so much about my thumb surgery, cuz it gave me a chance to change and start over.
