fucking strong, winter.

the thing about pulldowns and seated rows are...people tend to cheat it when the weight goes high. like in pulldown, the lifter would usually lie backward and pulldown and while in seated, the lifted would pull back and forth, allowing the movement to help them pull the cable. and seriously, it is hard to keep form on those two...for me at least

Thanks Angry :) I think I was stronger yesterday because there wasn't any deads.

For pulldowns when I got heavy, I have a bit of momentum backwards, but not too much. Same with seated rows. They are not huge thrusts backwards.
 
sweet. it's true that most people, without deads on the week of workout, tends to pull more on their other back works : rows/bi/pull ups/gm and others. you cannoy deny the KING

Thanks. I did not want to burn my CNS out too much today. I might try maxing out again next heavy chest day. Gonna attempt 285 again then maybe 290.
 
Thanks Luq. I just hope my bench numbers shoot up a bit, that's what I'm concentrating on the most because all my other lifts are going up steadily.
