Solid bench winter. Good workout.

the fuck???? LOL!! man that's funny. well, in my opinion and personal experience, boxing on bench is a bit high. try getting a box or something...or talk to the gym owner or something....
The guys there cry when I move the freemoving benches around, even for lockouts. It's just an annoyance. Maybe I'll try it one day when no one's there.\m/ MANOWAR \m/ said:You can use the regular bench for box squats. I did box squats, you were there. It was fine
