Nice workout today. :)

Nice numbers esp the lat pulldowns PR. Ive got back n shoulders but i doubt im going to do deads either since im just getting over getting sick. I might follow a similar back routine.

Yes, I'm deadlifting every other week because I'm going heavy everytime I do deadlift and I don't want to blow out my back/burn out my CNS.

Cool. I usually don't do much more for back, usually just 2-3exercies. It's enough to get it strong/wide.

135x10
185x5
230x5x3

Incline DB Press
95x8**PR for reps
100x8
**I'm kind of afraid of going to 110s on incline. I think it's a mental thing. We don't have 105s so that's a bit of a disadvantage.

Triceps
Pushdowns

Various Ab work
Various Rotarot Cuff work

Felt good today. I'm switching up the routine a bit to 3x5 worksets on barbell flat bench for a couple of weeks to see how things workout.

Doing light legs this saturday, ass to grass!

Thanks for the heads up, luq. My shoulder doesn't hurt at all when I do inclines, just a bit sore afterwards. I don't do barbell inclines because those hurt my shoulders a lot.

We don't have a box low enough at my gym and the gym locks up all the aerobics pads because people actually started to take them home.

the fuck???? LOL!! man that's funny. well, in my opinion and personal experience, boxing on bench is a bit high. try getting a box or something...or talk to the gym owner or something....

You can use the regular bench for box squats. I did box squats, you were there. It was fine
The guys there cry when I move the freemoving benches around, even for lockouts. It's just an annoyance. Maybe I'll try it one day when no one's there.
