Thanks. I'm running to get shredded. I want to get down to atleast 8% BF, which is very reasonable.

remember T pulls convo...a lil harder than Sumo..probably have to pull a wee more than him on sumo to equal what hes pullin convo
and i'm getting ready to hit up some rack pulls today...should be a PR today..gonna go for 445x1-2

This is true. By the looks of my PRs every other week, I should be nearing TMAN's 500 in a couple of months, hopefully :druggie:

I pulled 436 x 1
Also 447 x 1 but started to loose grip at the top. 420 x 2 the same as you.

Your deads came up really fast during the last weeks! Good job.

**I'm kind of afraid of going to 110s on incline. I think it's a mental thing. We don't have 105s so that's a bit of a disadvantage.

Felt good today. I'm switching up the routine a bit to 3x5 worksets on barbell flat bench for a couple of weeks to see how things workout.

Doing light legs this saturday, ass to grass!

I'm currently trying to cut down. I'm drinking about 3-4cups of green tea w. every meal & running 3-4x a week depending on how many times a week I workout - I run on the off days, usually.

I haven't weighed myself in a month or so. I'll check my weight in the following weeks. Maybe pics in december.
 
Lol the girlfriend wants me to get a nice 6pack, so I will. I haven't seen myself in the single digits before either so this should be fun :druggie:
