Thanks Brat. I usually do deads every other week because my lowerback always feels kinda funky a week after my deads. I also don't wanna burn out my CNS too much :druggie:

Thanks. If your shoulder hurts, maybe do a few more warmup sets and stretch out better? If latpulldowns hurt, try subbing in pullups for awhile and switch back.

Try deadlifting every 10 days. Seems to work well for those who do it. DOn't worry too much about your CNS. WHen it does get burnt out it really isn't that hard to recover. Stay away form doign alot of singles. THat seems to kill it.

After 7days, my back seems to be okay. I always seem to want to hit 95-100% on my deads every other week; I know it's not too great to do it, but I hate doing reps of deads. I feel as if I'm doing more cardio than actually lifting weights when I do more than say 3reps on deads.

Same here winter. I feel that more than 4 reps on deads is too much. I prefer to go heavy and very low reps.

I'm going to start doing light legs from now on, probably just going to be repping around 315 b/c I do not want my legs getting much bigger than where they are now. I won't be logging my leg workouts anymore.

makes no sense. maybe you can start going atg now with lighter weight?

Weight Update
185.5lbs and I'm getting much leaner. I will post pics of my progress in mid December. I'm having a bet with a few friends to who can get the leanest quickest :druggie: I'm guessing my bf is 13% or so right now.
