After 7days, my back seems to be okay. I always seem to want to hit 95-100% on my deads every other week; I know it's not too great to do it, but I hate doing reps of deads. I feel as if I'm doing more cardio than actually lifting weights when I do more than say 3reps on deads.roccodart440 said:Try deadlifting every 10 days. Seems to work well for those who do it.
