Haha. I think you can def. get your bench up. What do you think's preventing you from hitting PRs every week? When I step in the gym, my main goal is to hit atleast 1 PR whether its a rep PR or weight PR.AngryMuscles said:maybe if i drink winter's blood...then i'l be strong like him....lol!

Basically you use the same bar as you would use for the lat pulldowns, but just move your hands closer to the middle of it. Your hands should be about 7inches apart and have your palms facing you.
