Haha. I think you can def. get your bench up. What do you think's preventing you from hitting PRs every week? When I step in the gym, my main goal is to hit atleast 1 PR whether its a rep PR or weight PR.

Thanks Evansss. I'm not too worried on my back right now, it's getting very strong and thick. I just really want my chest to get stronger.

Basically you use the same bar as you would use for the lat pulldowns, but just move your hands closer to the middle of it. Your hands should be about 7inches apart and have your palms facing you. Grip the bar and pull it down to your chin as you would on a regular lat pulldown.
