**I'm going to start cutting down starting tomorrow. I have already got my diet down in place, but I just have to incorporate more cardio. I've been working abs every workout as well, so that's no longer an issue.
 
Good job on the pull-ups...not sure what you're current body weight is but rest assured that PR will be broken once you start cutting those un-need pounds

I used to warm-up for every workout with some squats..really got the blood flowing...but i really didn't have a leg day either and it shows!!! but every once in awhile when i'm feeling down..i'll start a chect day with some squats :rockband:

I'm around 187lbs right now. Started cutting 2days ago and already lost some weight, surprisingly.

I don't dedicate a day to legs anymore so I do some squats after back day.

Just started back up on Lipo6. My appetite has really curbed already and its only been the 2nd day. I'm still trying to stuff some food down my throat, mostly protein and some carbs/fat, but its pretty rough lol.

**I've been sick for the past 3days. Came down with a fever and I'm still recovering. Feeling a lot better today so I decided to hit the gym and see how I was. Felt okay in the gym today, except I got very tired very quickly, especially after the deads.
