No not yet.

I am doing good Winter. Twisted my knee couple of weeks ago walking from my computer to my kitchen at home. Lol. Thought it may be bad for a week or so, but it is feeling pretty darn good now. I am lifting hard and heavy as usual. Going to kind of coast through the holidays then go for some new PR's after the new year.
 
It's good to hear from you again T. Maybe you can revive your journal from the dead again or better yet, start a new one after the new years? :druggie:

Thanks Acz. I can def. go heavier on them. The legpress felt pretty light.

The only thing I don't really like about legpress is the amount of pressure it puts on the knees :(

Absolutely rediculous, they've got us traveling about 90% right now. It's tough to eat right and train when you're living out of a hotel room 3-4 days a week but i'm hanging in there. I'll be home until Christmas so i'm hoping to make some major progress the next few weeks.

Pulled 420 x 5 for 2 sets on deads last week and got 225 x 10 on incline today after flat bench so i'm feeling pretty good. Diet has been lacking, for some reason I just can't find the motivation to eat like I need to. Oh well, i'll come around:)
