Women with muscle??

I recently saw a thread on another forum asking a similar question. How do you feel about women with muscle and at what point does it go from 'fit with muscle' to 'muscle bound freak'?

I have competed in the past and my view of my body changed for a few reasons. I was adding muscle to please "the judges" to gain an advantage, but I didn't like how I looked, plus my husband thought I was getting too bulky. He loves me regardless and finds me attractive in all states he's known me to be in whether it is super lean, bulked, pre/during/post pregnancy.

I will always have some muscle retention because I will always be active in what I enjoy to do and for that I need to be quite strong. But I am interested to hear from the men and women here at what point do you think that she has gone too far?

I'll start off with pics of what I currently think looks great on a woman and what I currently think looks too much:

There are varying factors such as levels of bodyfat, size of muscles, how feminine she looks etc.. Some people may prefer women to not have any visible muscle at all (skinny-fat cardio bunnies)...

What are your thoughts? Pics too please ;)

While I respect the hard work of the muscle upped ladies...I prefer the Victoria s Secret/Sports Illustrated/Cheerleader/Athletic physique myself.

I prefer to be the harderst one in the sack..my gf s 5' 0" , 100 pound fitness minded mother of four. Rocks a bikini, skinny jeans or my boxers alike.

I'm with T on this.

I admire the hard work and dedication but preffer a leaner, more athletic look than a bodybuilder one.

Fitness chicks are hot, but some go way too far. I personally love to see a ripped up midsection (Not bulky abs though) and tone legs on a woman. I hate the stick figure girls that look like just skin and bones.

Bulky shoulders and arms can be very unattractive. It's hard to say exactly where to draw the line because everyones body is different.

I used to really love the figure girl look, and aspired to that, which is why I competed, but in all honesty either it's going in a direction I don't like anymore or I have just changed my mind entirely about what looks good on a woman (and me). What I find sad is a lot of the figure girls get a decent body but lose the face if you know what I mean - I can't say an androgenic look on a gal looks good..

XX222!! I've noticed this getting worse over the past few years. I think It could be partially from girls thinking they are on primo when it's really prop.

I agree with u Dee, I see many of the figure/bb competitors today & they do have amazing bodies but most do lose the feminine features in the face..

For me personally even though I can appreciate &have much respect for the hard work & sacrifice these ladies put themselves through to gain all those muscles.. I like to remain feminine, I do like & find that just the right amount of muscle & definition is sexy on a women, but take it too far & u start looking pretty masculine.

A fitness model look, it's what I prefer & find to be a good balance.

I'm a say it like this, aiight
"I refuse to answer any questions under the grounds that it may or may not incriminate me" & it might get me my pecker cut off clean.

Dee,

Sorry girl, didn't mean to derail your thread, it's a great thread..
But gotta keep P in check, when there's a thread about women he gets more worked up than a fat kid & cake.. and we know he's fat & loves cake :D

I like women in all shapes & sizes. Back in the day I had a huge crush on Cory Everson & Raye Hollitt. I love muscular legs on a woman. That said it maybe a problem if she is more muscular than me.

wife made bb for 14 years till she get our last baby... but still stay very attractive comparativly to her friends... at 40 years... women need sports stay sexy.

now Carole makes simply fitness, and it's suffisent.

and no i will not post pix of my wife.
