Hey guys. Here it goes again. Cutting cycle. My goal is to get to around 6-7% BF with this cycle in the next 3 months. I dont know what weight that will put me at. However, I will be eating as much as possible clean (RJ convinced me to have 1 cheat day as well).
*I have been off cycle for about 3-4 months. My workout schedule is 5 on 2 off. I have been doing 1hr intense cardio every day (1,000 cals each session), my workouts are similar to last cycle. 1 body part each day spending around 1.5 hours each session for weight lifting doing about 20-30 sets per body part.

start weight 185lbs
17" arms
30" quads
max bench 405lbs (EDIT) max Bench is 335lbs (fuck, I wish 405lbs sorry guys)
max squat 600lbs

Sust 1-16 wks, 700mgs, Split EOD 175mgs
Tren E. 1-15 wks, 400mgs, Split Monday/Thurs OR possibly every 3rd day???? (its Tren E. 275)
Aromasin 1-16 wks, 18.5-25mgs (as needed)
Prami 1-16 wks, .25-1mg EOD
GHRP 1-16 wks

HCG 3-15 wks (still on order so I will start on wk 3 instead of 1- I'm inpatient), 1,000ius, split Monday/Thursday. BLAST weeks 15&16 500ius ED.

PCT: Clomid 150/150/100/100
Nolva 40/40/40/40

Day 2 Monday

Workout Biceps:
20 sets.
Getting in really good pumps. Doing concentrated curls with spider and straight bars,Dumbell sets at many different angles, Arnold curls.

Diet was very clean. Didnt get the intake that I needed. I have been taking Lexapro and it has been decreasing my appetite. I will be buying GHRP in a few days which will increase my appetite.
 
You look significantly leaner than at the end of last cycle from the pictures man.

I noticed you said 1 hour of cardio burning 1000 calories. How do you work that out. Running for 1 hour burns somewhere around 600 cal. Whats your heart rate for that. If you are looking to keep building muscle you might want to think about keeping the heart rate 140 or less to keep from getting to catabolic.

Okay bro - either there is no elastic in your waistband or you are already hella lean - LOL Looks like a great place to start a cycle and cut. You have alot of thickness in the upper bod and wheels so You will look massive with lower bf! Are preping for a contest or beach season? I'll be interested to hear how that protocol works for HCG.

Nate-I use dont treadmill at all (to boring). I use the stairmaster. I have found that it is the best way to burn calories FAST. I do 1hr or 1,000 calories (which ever comes first). Also, I do intervals the entire time which seems to help burn calories even faster.

Lean- I am training for my first show in April. I have never done one before so I really dont know what to expect. My goal is to get down to around 7% BF. I would like to stick around the 185-190lb mark, but im thinking that when its all said and done that Ill be around 175lbs unfortunately.

Hey bud; that's great! you will look really good in a few months. the tren will really cut you up and give you a great look if you do the diet right. I bet you'll be below 7%. you have a really nice frame and proportion so don't worry about the weight just whats in the mirror. You're young so you can always go up in weight in a year or two.

What area ofr the country are you in?

I will be starting the Tren tomorrow hopefully!!!!!!

Workout: Quads: 6 sets of squats. 15 sets leg extensions. 4 sets of leg presses. 4 sets of hip reductor (girly machine).

100 slow situps.

bummer in the summer - I'm in CA near SF so too far to go to see your contest or vice versa...LOL Indiana is great i worked there for about 6 months in the 80's (Indy) it was summer so seemed idealic - bet the winters are cold though. I'd never make it - got that thin CA blood running thru my veins....
Nice shots of the wheels. Those leg extensions are wicked for getting the teardrop pumped. Someone just told me to be sure to stretch out the quad between sets to stretch the fascia. I didn't even get out of the seat between sets!
 
weird. you're legs don't look anywhere near 30" in that first pic. Can't judge from the second set of pics cause you're putting weight on em.

And, you're arms look bigger than 17". lol

Where are you measuring the wheels? Up by your pecker?
 
Interested to hear how you like tren E, I thought about it for myself. Even more curious about your GHPR6.

RJ- lol....Yeah, I measure by my pecker. But isnt that the right spot if it hangs by my knees???? They possibly might not be 30" anymore, I really havent measured since my last bulk. I have leaned out quite a bit since then. I'll get the exact measurements soon.

Thanks for the compliment of my arms. I have put in a lot of effort to get them to grow to what they are and still have a lot of work to do. Any tips are greatly appreciated. I'll post my exact arm workouts for future reference.

I'm going to order my hcg tomorrow and start that in 2-3 weeks.


GYM: Chest
DB Incline bench 4 sets.DB Decline 4 sets. DB bench 4 sets. Cables adjusted high,medium,low 9 sets. Regular bench 10 sets from high weights to failure w/ bar.
*Had a great workout, but my shoulders are very very sore. I'll need to rest them for a few days to repair (hot tub usually helps as well).

1hr cardio 600 calories burned (stairmaster).

One thing that has concerned me since I have been off my last cycle and starting shredding is that I have lost a bunch of weight. Last cycle started I think at 180lbs and got up to 220lbs. And right now I'm probably right at 180lbs. I know that during each cycle your lucky to gain 2-3lbs of muscle, which I know that I actually did. I just dont want to get to light. Any advice would be nice. I'm thinking that it doesnt really matter how light I am as long as im looking good and lean. You guys agree???
