Thanks for the compliment. I really work hard on my legs. Actually, my quads dont really ever hurt when I pin. However, me hitting a nerve yesterday wasnt fun....lol...I do everything I can to help ease pin pain. I usually warm the oil and heat up my skin with a washcloth before injection. I really never feel the pin at all. Def. feeling like a pin cushin though because im pinning EOD and sometimes every day because of the 2 day a week tren injections which sometimes fall on the same day as the sust and others not-which means 2 pins in a row each day.
 
Quad shots suck dick bro. I don't do them at all, anywhere else is game. I'd rather do my traps before I did my quads, its the most pussy spot on my body where I can't take the soreness.

As to your question above about pulling out or going through when you think you hit something. It's up to you. I have done both, with mixed results. Once I shot through and nicked a vein and said fuck it and went ahead with my shot, only to pull out to a streaming gush of blood that shot 2 feet of blood droplets on my carpet. To each his own, now I tend to pull out and try it somewhere else if I think I might be in a bad spot.

Not sure where all you shoot but I have the best luck, least pain, and fewest mishaps with shooting tris and pecs.
 
Sometimes I have a hard time sleeping too bro, I guess it never occurred to me it could also be from the prami not just the tren. Point me in the direction of these arnie curls and law mowers? I'd give you more green brother but it always tell me I've got to spread it around, can't just give it to my homies all the time!

Sust 175mgs right quad

*Well I hit my first nerve while pinning...lol..I knew that it would come sooner or later. I pinned my left quad and while I was pusing the needle in...about half way..I felt..the best way I can describe is "pressure." I thought for about 15 seconds if I should push on through or just repin in a different spot..I decided to pull out and pin in the right quad instead. QUESTION: do you guys usually push on through or find another spot while hitting a nerve????

PS. I'm starting to fee like a pin cushion with the EOD pinning!

GYM:
9:30am Cardio 1hr. 700 cals burned.

I will be back in the gym in the PM for weight training. I really wanted to do shoulders today but my rotator cuff is still in the healing process. Thus, I will do quads and hams. I might throw in some forearm exercises as well (i really need to start doing them on a regular basis).

GYM:6-8pm
Quads/hams: squats 4 sets, leg press 4 sets, leg extension 10 sets, hamsting extensions 6 sets.

Didnt have the best workout but got in some good pumps. I felt a little distracted for some reason. I think the Sust started to kick in today. I kept getting Boners at the gym today.

from what I have heard its better to pull out and try another area when this happens.do you always do aspiration?

My rotater cuff is killing me. I sometimes, when doing chest push myself to far and strain certain parts of my body. I'm hoping thats it's just strained rather then tore. This has happened in the past a few times. It usually takes a good 1-2 weeks to heal and then I can go hard (but careful) again.

I did 45 minutes of cardio today 600 calories burned (stairmaster).
I also did 10 sets 10-15 reps for my calves. I'm really trying to get my tear really defined.
i tore my rotater and had surgery years ago. i can't do flat barbell bench anymore. i do incline without pain and flat bench dumbell presses. just something to think about.

Yup, if I hit a nerve I pullout and start over w a new pin and spot. Do you use 26ga? Very smooth. I let the oil run down the needle to lug it before ibtake a stab. Btw one time I did "tough it out" when I hit a nerve and I ended up with a huge bruise! LoL

am GYM: 1hr Cardio

pm GYM Shoulders: I did about 20-25 sets 10-15 reps per set. I didnt go super heavy but enough to tear some fibers.

I really havent noticed anything kicking in quite yet but hopefully by the EOW something will rattle.

Day 16 Monday

GYM: Back: 20-25 sets hitting lower and upper with a combo of deadlifts, rows, & pulldowns.

I felt pretty good at the gym today. I think my strength might be going up just a little. Usually my back tires pretty easy after a few sets of deads. However, today I could go just a little longer than usual.

Starting to notice some flares of acne across my back and neck (which is usually the only places that I get it).

I will start my HCG sometime later this week or the beginning of next as well.
 
Day 17 Tuesday
175mgs Sustanon (sust) Right Quad

Today I decided to change my arm routine around a bit. Instead of having Tris & Bis on seperate days, I combined them into one workout. I'll see how it goes and do a little research to see what is better; combined or individual days..thoughts????

ARMS: 4 sets DB Curls, 4 sets of straight bar curls, 4 sets of spider curls, 3 sets of isolation curls, 4 sets of rope pull downs, 3 sets of reverse bar pull downs, 4 sets of cable extensions, 7 sets of dips.

Overall, I felt pretty good. I feel stronger at the gym than I have in a long long time. I believe the roids are starting to kick in at DAY 16. I def. am getting acne on my back and neck (which is typical for me). I haven't felt any sides of the Tren yet; sweating, insomnia, pains, etc.

My diet has been spot on for this cycle. I'm guessing I'm around 8-10% BF right now.

RUI had a Presidents day sale so I ordered some Letro, more clomid, and Arimidex. Also, Southern Research was having a sale so I bought my GHRP-2 that I initially was going to take but decided not too towards the start of the cycle. Everything is complete and I will start my GHRP & HCG here in a few days.

Just thought I'd share this with you bro, saw it on BB.com for some major compound exercises, but what caught my eye was the rep schemes man: check this out, I'm gonna try it soon myself, this style was utilized for BB row and EZ bar curls; Dramatic Transformation principle(DTP) 50,40,30,20,10,5,5,10,20,30,40,50 with 45 second rest intervals, intense shit right?

*as a stretch/warmup to get the blood flowing- I did some decline bench press 315lbs 3 sets 10 reps.

GYM: Quads: 8-10 sets of squats 10 reps each set (high weight 405lbs), 3 sets leg presses, 10 sets of leg extensions, 2 sets front squats.

I did 30 minutes of cardio 400 calories burned.
