Rotator cuff still hurts-taking it easy until it heals a little more.
1 hour of cardio 850 calories burned. Also did another 15 sets for my calves.
I took my prami first thing in the morning when I got up, which was around 1:00pm (drinking last night), and it made me tired as hell. Also, I think it made me a little nauseous as well, but it could have been the alcohol.
I have been feeling a little tired lately and a lack of motivation. This seems to happen every time at the beginning of cycle. My appetite is non existent. Meaning, that I'm barely getting in 3000 calories (which I guess is ok since I'm cutting. However, I dont want to lose muscle).
I have been doing an all protein & high calories diet: aka atkins: for about 3 1/2 months. This is the diet that I always use to cut & it always works fantastically. I can eat as much meat, cheeses/dairy, vegies, eggs, condiments, diet liquids, butter & oils as I want too. I have ONE cheat day where I'll eat pizza and maybe some dark beer, but other than that I am VERY stict to this diet.
