Day 6 Friday
.50 prami

My rotater cuff is killing me. I sometimes, when doing chest push myself to far and strain certain parts of my body. I'm hoping thats it's just strained rather then tore. This has happened in the past a few times. It usually takes a good 1-2 weeks to heal and then I can go hard (but careful) again.

I did 45 minutes of cardio today 600 calories burned (stairmaster).
I also did 10 sets 10-15 reps for my calves. I'm really trying to get my tear really defined.
 
Day 7 Saturday
175mgs Sust right quad
.50 prami

Rotator cuff still hurts-taking it easy until it heals a little more.
1 hour of cardio 850 calories burned. Also did another 15 sets for my calves.

I took my prami first thing in the morning when I got up, which was around 1:00pm (drinking last night), and it made me tired as hell. Also, I think it made me a little nauseous as well, but it could have been the alcohol.

I have been feeling a little tired lately and a lack of motivation. This seems to happen every time at the beginning of cycle. My appetite is non existent. Meaning, that I'm barely getting in 3000 calories (which I guess is ok since I'm cutting. However, I dont want to lose muscle).

I have been doing an all protein & high calories diet: aka atkins: for about 3 1/2 months. This is the diet that I always use to cut & it always works fantastically. I can eat as much meat, cheeses/dairy, vegies, eggs, condiments, diet liquids, butter & oils as I want too. I have ONE cheat day where I'll eat pizza and maybe some dark beer, but other than that I am VERY stict to this diet.
 
How come your not taking the prami at night brother? With the knowledge I've got on the subject (which could be wrong?) the whole point is to take it right before bed to avoid nausea, to help you fall asleep, and to increase and up regulate Gh bursts

Thats a freakin good point!!! I have NO idea why I have not been taking at night-I should know better.

SEE, thats why having a log is a good idea for people like myself who space shit out.

Tren 250mgs left glute

Accidently pinned with the draw pin 22g 1". Fucker was dull. I knew something was up when I poked my ass and it didnt go in. I had to push a little harder then "pop" it went in. Figured out afterwards it was the draw pin. My mistake for rushing.

GYM 11:00am-1:00PM
Cardio 700 calories StairMaster
Triceps: 10 sets dips. 5 Sets of rope pull downs. 5 Sets reverse bar pulls. 6 sets cable pulls.

GYM 5:00PM-6:45PM
Cardio 700 Calories total with stairmaster, bike, incline jog.

Any reason you don't opt for low intensity cardio rather than intense? With intense your mostly just using your carb stores and depleting them, then using some protein and some fat, where as; if you do low intensity your not pushing quite hard enough to use alot of carbs (granted you do use some) but rather you utilize fat also. I'm sure you've read that before, I'm not preaching brother, itd just suck if you were doing a little bit more harm than good if your cardio is too intense.

exactly right. Barry, not sure what works for you, but 1.75hrs of cardio is wayyyy too much IMO and if thats needed to get lean your diet is off.
 
Yeah, I know I do to much cardio, but its so damn addictive. 2hrs on a stairmaster seems like an 1hr. Now that I'm ON cycle I will def. cut it down a notch and focus more on good form and getting a good pump with low weights.

Cutting down fat has always been so easy for me. And your right-its probably because I do so much cardio. I need to find the proper inbetween to where I'm losing fat and not muscle in the process. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

GYM Back. 4 sets deadlifts (close stance), 8 sets on row machine, 4 sets of lawn mowers with free weights, 4 long bar pull down, 4 sets of individual handle pull downs.

25 minutes CARDIO 300calories.

Day 10 Tuesday

GYM Biceps.
4 sets arnold curls, 4 sets of regular curls with DB, 4 sets of spider curls, 4 sets of preacher curls, 4 sets of cable curls, 2 sets of hammer curls.

NO CARDIO today bc tomorrow I have off of work and will focus then.

No effects thus far from the Sust or Tren. I had a problem sleeping last night. Might have got 3 hours. It seems that the Prami makes me sleepy but its hard to actually fall asleep.

I ordered part of my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) yesterday 2 bottles of 5,000IUS = 10,000ius. I will start it in a few days. I also have decided to hold off on the ghrp 2/6 (which i have used in the past to help stimulate my appetite). I will order if I find it hard to eat while on cycle.

As my cycle goes on I will add more total sets to my workout routine. My goal is to get to 30 sets for each muscle group within an 1hours time (which will be a challenge for me bc im usually slow between sets).

I'd give you more green brother but it always tell me I've got to spread it around, can't just give it to my homies all the time!
 
If you are open to it u might try the delta sleep inducing peptide. Knocks me out- make sure u have 8 hours to sleep tho.
 
Day 11 Wednesday
Sust 175mgs right quad

*Well I hit my first nerve while pinning...lol..I knew that it would come sooner or later. I pinned my left quad and while I was pusing the needle in...about half way..I felt..the best way I can describe is "pressure." I thought for about 15 seconds if I should push on through or just repin in a different spot..I decided to pull out and pin in the right quad instead. QUESTION: do you guys usually push on through or find another spot while hitting a nerve????

PS. I'm starting to fee like a pin cushion with the EOD pinning!

GYM:
9:30am Cardio 1hr. 700 cals burned.

I will be back in the gym in the PM for weight training. I really wanted to do shoulders today but my rotator cuff is still in the healing process. Thus, I will do quads and hams. I might throw in some forearm exercises as well (i really need to start doing them on a regular basis).

GYM:6-8pm
Quads/hams: squats 4 sets, leg press 4 sets, leg extension 10 sets, hamsting extensions 6 sets.

Didnt have the best workout but got in some good pumps. I felt a little distracted for some reason. I think the Sust started to kick in today. I kept getting Boners at the gym today.

Roug- Arnold swears that once he introduced these curls into his routine that it formed a better peak on his bicep for him. Hard to explain. Just go to utube and type on Arnold Curls.

BTW- its more of an isolation exercise rather than heavy weight.
 
Day 12 Thursday
Tren 250mgs left quad

GYM:
Cardio 1.25hrs (800cals burned)

CHEST: Rotator cuff is still weak so I trained very carefully with lighter weights and focused more on isoloation and form.

4 sets machine incline press, 3 sets machine bench press, 4 sets machine fly chest, 4 sets of DB bench, 4 sets of DB incline, 4 sets of DB Decline, 2 sets of regular incline.

Just got my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in today and will start tomorrow once I figure out mixing.

*I will post update pics sometime either in the morning or Sunday.
